Fees and Prices Overview

We provide a complimentary 30-minute consultation to individuals interested in exploring our services. The free consultation can be held over the phone or virtually through Zoom. During this time, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and determine if our services align with your needs and/or those of your family. To schedule a free 30-minute consultation, please complete our contact form.

In-Person Support Sessions

In-person sessions can take place in a public setting, such as a coffee shop or library, or in your home. In-person sessions are $40 per hour and include a digital session summary that will be emailed within 24 hours of your session.

Virtual Support Sessions

All virtual sessions are offered online through Zoom. Virtual sessions are $35 per hour and include a digital session summary that will be emailed within 24 hours of your session.

Visual Support Guides

A visual support guide is a custom made graphic tailored to a person's individual needs. Examples of visual support guides include:

• A routine or schedule

• Checklists for tasks that need to be completed

• Unwritten rules or expectations written down

• A step-by-step picture reference on how to complete a task

• So many more options!

Visual Guide with Support Sessions

A visual support guide with support sessions is when you purchase a guide and are currently completing support sessions. This means you are actively meeting with STARS and having support sessions.

When you are actively receiving support through STARS, visual guides start at $25 per guide. This includes a printed guide and a digital (emailed) copy. Lamination is available for an additional fee, based upon the size of the guide.

Stand Alone Visual Guide

A stand alone visual support guide is when you purchase a guide but are not currently completing support sessions. This means you may not have had support sessions with STARS in the past or you have met with STARS in the past but no longer need sessions.

Stand alone visual support guides start at $40 per guide. This includes a printed guide and a digital (emailed) copy. Lamination is available for an additional fee, based on the size of the guide.
