Independent Living Respite

Our independent living respite sessions provide practical, person-directed support to help you develop skills for daily life and greater independence. Together, we’ll focus on tasks and routines that matter most to you, creating tailored strategies that fit your lifestyle and goals. You can set your own objectives or choose from areas you’d like to strengthen, and we’ll design personalized sessions around them.
We understand that it can be challenging to identify areas for improvement, and setting goals may be uncomfortable. To assist with this, we can provide a visual list to help you determine which skills you would like to focus on.
Independent Living Respite can also benefit individuals who are wanting to build their independence before getting ready to move out. This may involve learning how to budget effectively, plan and execute grocery shopping trips, meal preparation, and more.
To further discuss your personal goals, we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation. If you have any specific inquiries, please complete our "contact us" form, and we will gladly assist you!
